Relationship Banking Specialist

About the Role:
This role requires a highly motivated individual to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the mass affluent segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting bank products and services, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build deep relationships with customers by leveraging consultative sales and service processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Preferred Program households and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain a well-developed knowledge of the complete line of bank products and services offered.
- Initiate and maintain customer and prospect contact through various methods, including financial center interaction, telemarketing, and community events.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience in a sales environment and the financial industry.
- Series 6, 63, and insurance licenses required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business.
Salary Information: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
