Job Overview

Roto-Rooter is a leading provider of water restoration services, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to join our team as a Water Restoration Technician. This role involves removing water from structures using specialized equipment, as well as removing damaged furniture, flooring, and wall board.

Responsibilities
  • As part of a crew, you'll work to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
  • Remove water and damaged materials from structures.
Requirements
  • Must be age 21 or older.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and technologies, and will be paid an hourly rate of $17.00 to $22.00 during training. After training, you'll be paid an hourly rate at or above the minimum wage for all hours worked. The hourly pay rate may vary, depending on whether the pay is for base pay paid at the employee's base hourly rate (minimum wage), or administrative pay for administrative hours worked (between minimum wage and $81.00). Service technicians also have the potential to earn commissions at the rate of 4-8% of revenue depending on the revenue category.
