Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Manufacturing Technician role to support our production plant. As a member of our team, you will set up, test and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment using various technologies.
You will use your skills to influence change while ensuring safety and quality considerations are always paramount. Work with us to foster continuous improvement for long-term success.
The following job functions describe the general nature and level of work being performed:
- Assembly of lithium-ion batteries used in various industries including automotive and non-automotive power equipment
- Working as part of a team to produce lithium-ion batteries on the assembly line
- Assignment to different workstations or rotations as production needs require
- Sharing ideas and making recommendations on process design and manufacturing improvements
