Manufacturing Process Engineer

AESC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Florence, SC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and adjusting manufacturing machinery or equipment using various technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assembly of lithium-ion batteries for various industries
- Working on assembly process workstations, cell assembly, pack, material handling, or other groups to produce lithium-ion batteries
- Assignment to different workstations/rotations as production needs require
- Sharing ideas and making recommendations on process design and manufacturing improvements to resolve issues and maintain cost competitiveness
- Work with highly automated assembly equipment and battery-powered hand tools
