Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, commission, and resolve issues within building automation systems.
  • Design and modify system graphics to enhance automation control.
  • Execute system start-up and commissioning while ensuring comprehensive documentation of all processes.
  • Work collaboratively with mechanical teams and test & balance specialists to uphold system integrity.
  • Install control systems and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain installation standards.
  • Employ various communication protocols to effectively integrate and manage building systems.
  • Generate detailed project reports and oversee project timelines and budgets proficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Technical or vocational training in a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation systems.
  • Proficient in software applications including Windows, Word, Excel, Visio, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong comprehension of mechanical and electrical systems, including compliance with codes.
  • Prior experience with Distech and Tridium systems is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated local and stable work history.
