Role Overview

You will be an integral member of a compact team responsible for:

  1. Conducting bench tests, debugging, and characterizing embedded on-chip circuitry related to Data Converters and Filters.
  2. Creating benchtop electrical tests that evaluate on-chip circuitry using a combination of FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfaces.
  3. Drafting and executing scripts to automate testing, extract results, and generate reports utilizing database and analytical tools.
  4. Producing reports for characterization and debugging to offer design insights.
  5. Performing in-system Power Integrity/Signal Integrity measurements to correlate with simulation models.
  6. Collaborating with teams including Design, System Hardware, and Software.
  7. Providing support for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Product Engineering.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in Analog Mixed Signal test development, including specification review, validation planning, test bench construction, and automated data collection.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Data Converters, Filters, and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) techniques.
  • Experience in validating Cellular, WIFI, or Bluetooth systems is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency with laboratory instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Pattern Generators.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, preferably Python, for test automation and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on the quality of outcomes.
  • Demonstrated initiative in taking ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience, including soldering and system instrumentation, is a plus.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
