As a Nursing Operations Leader, you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for managing the healthcare needs of individuals. This position involves training staff, overseeing care delivery, and effectively communicating healthcare information to stakeholders.
At BAMSI, our nursing professionals have the unique opportunity to provide care in community settings, assisting individuals with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health challenges. Our community-based residences are designed to foster independence and encourage active participation in community life, including employment and social activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case management for individual healthcare needs.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff.
- Facilitate communication with funding sources and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Massachusetts nursing license.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are necessary.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
- Preferred: Prior supervisory experience and 2 years of experience with individuals with disabilities.
