Opportunities Available
The Hoffmann Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking motivated individuals to join our mission of protecting families nationwide through various life insurance, mortgage protection, retirement solutions, and financial advisory services.

Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based sales role with unlimited earning potential, with commissions paid daily.
Part-Time Agents: 15-20 hours per week, with potential earnings of $50,000-$90,000+ in the first year.
Full-Time Agents: 30-35 hours per week, with potential earnings of $120,000-$200,000+ in the first year.
Agency Owners can achieve a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ annually.

Agents have the opportunity to advance within the organization and can obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they wish.
