Job Title: Allocation Planner

At Ross Stores, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Allocation Planner to join our team. As an Allocation Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting preseason and in-season allocation strategies and initiatives for our assigned Regions/Stores/Product areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales performance and emerging trends to recommend action for in-month receipt management.
  • Provide weekly visibility of current performance and trends to leadership.
  • Research and respond to product-level inventory concerns from stores.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and tools to support allocation strategies.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Efficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Retail math skills.
  • Retail software experience, a plus (JDA or other allocation software).
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,560 - $94,650, dependent on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. Our total compensation package includes other rewards that vary by position and location.
