Cashier/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Central Buick GMC of Norwood. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

• Calculate customer bills using our dealership's computer system
• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments and record the amount received
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Operate the switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel
