About the Role

The Henry Ford is seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at various events and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare event spaces for service, including setting up equipment and linens.
  • Set guest tables with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and other drinks.
  • Attend to buffets, clear tables, and maintain a clean and neat appearance of the event space.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Server experience, preferably in banquet or fine dining settings.
  • Ability to work weekends, late nights, and physically demanding events.
