Main Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate expertise in DoD and Navy policies related to defense acquisition, applying the latest guidance effectively.
  2. Assist in creating and preparing high-quality briefings that support acquisition management decisions, facilitating effective communication within the organization.
  3. Attend critical meetings and meticulously prepare detailed minutes, guaranteeing accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
  4. Conduct thorough research and prepare well-informed responses to action items, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  5. Participate in Quarterly Program and/or Progress Reviews (QPRs), Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Review Board (R3B) meetings.
  6. Contribute to Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings, to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Collaborate on Foreign Customer Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Financial Management Reviews (FMRs) to support international program engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline.
  2. 7+ years of experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with at least 3 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
  3. Active Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS/JPAS.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
