Quotation Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quotation Specialist to join our team at Winco Window Company.

Key Responsibilities:


  2. Receive and review Requests for Quotes from Sales Representatives.
  3. Produce accurate and timely Quotes.
  4. Work with internal and external sources to obtain missing information.
  5. Meet deadlines and stay focused on multiple jobs in a fast-paced work environment.
  6. Ensure all job information is received and entered into the system accurately.
  7. Communicate effectively with coworkers and sales representatives to resolve issues.
  8. Document and obtain proper signatures for changes.

Requirements:


  • Good math aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy in a Windows-based environment (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to work on and track multiple jobs.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, or take-offs.
  • Window or construction experience.
  • Associate's degree or related work experience.
  • Customer service experience.
