Key Responsibilities- Identify and meet the financial needs of new and existing members by building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
- Educate and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services to meet members' needs.
- Process loan requests, confirm conditions, and verify documents to ensure accurate and timely loan closings.
- Accurately process teller transactions, assist with end-of-day balancing, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct audits of membership applications, account maintenance forms, and completed loan files to ensure compliance with DCU policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of related experience in a financial services or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
