  • Develop and execute inspection protocols for initial, in-process, and final evaluations.
  • Utilize both manual and automated measurement tools to assess products, tools, and fixtures.
  • Diagnose measurement techniques and provide recommendations for enhancements to Engineering and Management.
  • Create nonconformance reports based on input from shop floor personnel, Engineering, and Management using the ERP system.
  • Configure and operate CMM programs (PC-DMIS and Modus Software).
  • Strong attention to detail in interpreting Customer Requirements is essential.
  • Foster a culture of 'Zero Defects' and 'Right First Time'.
  • Suggest initiatives for Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement to management.
  • Provide support for Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA).
  • Ensure proper handling and protection of parts to prevent damage during operations and transportation.
  • Adhere to all guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Maintain compliance with company housekeeping standards.
  • Follow company Environmental Health & Safety Policies.
  • Perform additional duties that correspond to the nature of the position and its level of responsibility.
