Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance and vital sign monitoring
  • Collect and record patient health information, and relay important details to registered nurses and physicians
  • Administer medications and injections, and perform wound care and dressing changes as needed
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and monitor for changes in their condition
  • Properly chart and document patient medical records, and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
  • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor
