About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless interactions with our members.

This role requires a strong communication skillset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen sense of empathy. You will be working closely with our sales team, trainers, and other departments to ensure that our members receive top-notch service and support throughout their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with membership sales, promotions, and events
  • Collaborate with the training department to provide personalized workout plans and goals

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve member satisfaction and retention through process improvements and feedback.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience, plus benefits including:
