We are currently seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and capturing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Develop and implement protocols for optimizing imaging quality and patient safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid ARRT certification in Radiography (MR)
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an MRI Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
