Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Promoting Thrifty White programs to patients, such as Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx, while assisting with patient enrollment.
- Leading the pharmacy team by exemplifying, coaching, and upholding high standards in patient service.
- Organizing and structuring workflows for efficient prescription processing, patient counseling, and clinical service delivery.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with long-term care facilities through proactive communication and responsiveness to their needs.
- Identifying opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty business and collaborating with marketing teams.
- Dispensing medications and related supplies while providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

This position may require extended periods of standing. While executing job duties, employees are frequently required to communicate verbally, utilize hands and fingers for handling objects, and reach with hands and arms.
Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications:
- A valid pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide proof of course completion from an accredited ACPE program).
- Current Immunization Certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- NPI Number.
