At Thrifty White Pharmacy, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and services in the rural Midwest. As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our team of pharmacists and staff to provide innovative, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building loyalty and repeat business through personalized interactions.
  • Champion Thrifty White's programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Lead by example, modeling high standards in patient service and coaching team members to excel in their roles.
  • Optimize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term care business through timely communication and attention to nursing home, group home, and assisted living residence needs.
  • Identify opportunities for Long Term Care and Specialty business, collaborating with Marketers to drive growth.
  • Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
Physical Demands:

This role requires long periods of standing and frequent activities such as talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling objects, and reaching. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements:
  • A pharmacy license without federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (with a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
