Job Description
As a member of our team, you will provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing patient histories and physicals
- Determining tentative diagnosis and ordering appropriate laboratory tests
- Counseling patients and families on health and disease
- Participating in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Working a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree
- Gastrointestinal experience preferred
