Job Title: Manual Press Operator

Recco Products, a leading manufacturer of precision micro-filters, seeks a skilled Manual Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of press operations with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform press operations such as pleating, coining, and forming parts with inserts, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Utilize deburring tools to remove excess material and ensure component surfaces meet quality standards.
  • Set up press equipment for various operations, ensuring proper alignment and adjustment of machine settings.
  • Perform designated operations as per drawing/work order requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:
  • Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
  • Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts).
  • Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
  • Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands.
  • Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana.
  • Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working.
