Senior Salesforce Lightning Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
This role involves designing and implementing critical customer-facing solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for customizing Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules, and integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions, and ensure best practices are followed. You will also mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and integrations with a focus on Lightning platform. You should have proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. You should also have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features, as well as experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, based on location and experience.
