Electrical Foreman Job Description

At Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), we're committed to creating world-class opportunities to succeed. As an Electrical Foreman, you'll play a vital role in our team's success by overseeing electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical installations, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.
  • Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage resources, including tools, equipment, and staffing, to optimize crew performance.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and enforce workplace safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project management and superintendents to ensure estimates are read and understood, and projects are executed efficiently.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, promoting career growth and development within the company.
  • Support the use of internal resources, such as Excellerate, Precon, and APC, to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, consulting with HR and Workforce Managers as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM-6 PM, with potential for overtime and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
