* Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and other electrical personnel
* Plan and lay out electrical projects
* Maintain good working relationships with customers
* Monitor safety in the field and conduct regular safety meetings
* Complete regular reports and paperwork
* Buy in of budget for project with project manager and estimator
* Track Budget to Actual with Project Manager weekly

* Minimum of 5+ years' experience as an Electrical Foreman
* Must have state certified journeyman license in the state of CA
* Knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of the electrical field
* Must be skilled with reading, understanding, and analyzing construction drawings
* Must have willingness to lead a construction team by example while teaching skills and methods to your crew
* Excellent communications skills with project manager, construction crew, and customers is essential
* Maintain high-quality control of tools, vehicles, and materials needed for job responsibilities
* Willing to travel and work occasional overtime/ weekend hours
* Must be available to drive for company related purposes as needed or upon request
* Must have a valid California driver license and favorable DMV record

* Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
* Must have minimal ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, push, and pull as required for light duties of standard office clerical positions.

* Exposure to air-conditioned/heated office environment.
* Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word level.
