Key Responsibilities:
  • As an LVN/LPN, you will oversee and participate in patient care activities within the scope of your licensure.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and changes in accordance with established clinical policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records related to patient evaluations and condition changes, adhering to nursing best practices.
  • Implement care plans as directed and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Supervise the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care and the well-being of patients.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
  • Current and valid LVN/LPN License
