Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in managing healthcare projects, from initial designs to final construction plans. A Master's degree in Architecture is a plus, coupled with a history of successful project completions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of healthcare projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet set timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to transform design concepts into precise construction blueprints.
  • Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and evaluations to collect crucial data, guarantee project viability, and comply with legal standards.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, encouraging continuous growth and learning.
  • Engage in productive meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and stakeholders to update on project status, address issues, and gather input.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Be a licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare design and construction.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, showcasing a knack for generating precise and detailed drawings.
  • Possess a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and norms pertaining to healthcare facilities.
  • Have excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
  • Showcase a history of managing multiple projects concurrently, delivering punctual and within-budget results.
