The Environmental Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff at Trinity Health. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, public areas, and other facilities to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and disinfectant sprayers.
  • Dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three months of customer service or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
