Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel on each area
  • Assess the needs of residents and ensure services are consistent with those needs
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members
  • Ensure high quality of care is maintained

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Education consistent with that of a Medical Assistant or Nurse Aide (CNA)
  • Experience consistent with that of a Medical Assistant/Technician, EMS, or caregiving
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience
  • CPR certification
