Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Admin to join their team, focusing on Planview Adaptive Work. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in backend administration of Planview Adaptive Work, with excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss and plan with 3rd party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of new applications and the maintenance of existing applications to ensure timely and accurate processing and reporting.
Participate in the analysis, testing, and implementation of 3rd party application maintenance, including patches, upgrades, and customizations to ensure applications meet regulatory requirements and meet service level agreements.
Attend and/or lead technical and business training sessions and classes as needed to develop and increase skills in system application support and business knowledge.
Provide support of applications and debug application problems to ensure applications are operating accurately and efficiently.
Manage and apply application changes using appropriate change management tools and procedures to ensure applications and modifications meet necessary business requirements.
Participate in the analysis, research, evaluation, and selection process for selecting 3rd party software applications to ensure applications meet necessary business and technical requirements.
Analyze, define, organize and report on tasks for all sized projects, develop estimates and track project progress.
Lead all sized projects and successfully execute against defined project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Science related field, and 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting 3rd party software systems.
5 years of experience working within Planview Adaptive Work in the backend.
Knowledge of programming languages, platforms, internet/network architecture, and data structures.
Application of project management, program management and software development methodologies.
Research, decision-making and judgment skills.
Problem solving skills.
Analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes.
Experience applying Corporate Values to work situations.
