  • Self-starter with initiative and drive.
  • Commitment to social change through community empowerment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful completion of background checks and screenings is required.
  • Experience with diverse or formerly homeless populations is preferred.
  • Experience in non-profit or public sector work is preferred.
