  • Merchandising: Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Exceed targeted customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Parts Sales Experience: Prior parts sales experience preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization and Follow-up: Organization and follow-up skills.
  • Technology: Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Driver's License: Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
