Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and member retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and products.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or related business experience.
  • 3-5+ years of management experience required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Nationally recognized personal trainer certification preferred.
  • AED/CPR certification preferred.
Compensation Structure:

A competitive salary and commission/bonus structure reflective of main drivers of business, including new training revenue and sales sessions burned goal.
