We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Blue Sky Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in various settings, including homecare, sub-acute, long-term care, outpatient, hospital, and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an accredited university in communication disorders recognized by ASHA. You should also hold a current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in your state, as applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders
  • Document findings on standardized evaluation formats accurately and adhering to all guidelines
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
  • Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing various modalities and modifying patient treatment as indicated

The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.
