Mirion Technologies (Canberra), Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to provide full administrative support to the HR Team for North America Technologies sites. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including onboarding new hires, HR lifecycle activities, employee benefits, coordination of training programs, and supporting employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the North American Technologies HR Team, including onboarding new hires and coordinating training programs.
- Support HR lifecycle activities, including employee benefits and HRIS Team coordination.
- Work closely with Payroll to report HR changes and support the administration of company benefits.
- Actively participate in employee engagement activities and corporate-led initiatives.
- Maintain employee files and management system, ensuring policies and processes are up to date and effectively communicated.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in Excel and Word.
- Good attention to detail and previous HR Administration experience.
- SHRM certification or similar is desirable but not required.
