**Maintenance Division**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing cleaning and upkeep of designated areas: hallways, offices, restrooms, classrooms, outdoor surroundings, playground, and parking areas
  • Addressing and cleaning up hazardous spills, including bodily fluids, in accordance with established protocols
  • Conducting minor painting duties
  • Executing basic repair tasks
  • Changing light fixtures as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness in dining areas during and post meal service
  • Supporting additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor

Accountability Guidelines:

  • Required to carry a communication device while on premises if instructed by the Supervisor
  • Must remain on the property throughout the work shift, including during meal breaks
  • Meal break timing may vary based on operational needs, with all staff expected to respond to urgent situations
  • No unauthorized departures from the premises are permitted without Supervisor's consent

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with further training in construction or facility management preferred
  • Commitment as a Born-again Believer in Jesus Christ
