Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and diverse Power Delivery Engineering Interns for our Summer 2025 internship program. This is a paid full-time position with the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. As a Power Delivery Engineering Intern, you'll work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Support various project tasks, including regulatory requirements, research, procurement support, and data entry.
  • Assist substations engineers in design work and project calculations.
  • Perform data management, data evaluation, and data presentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports, plans, and specifications for clients.
  • May work on field assignments as needed.
  • Will be supported by leaders, mentors, and teammates.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a project team with demonstrated oral communication, professional judgment, and team building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and benefit from professional judgment and critique.
  • Willing to be a problem solver and overcome issues along the way.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
