We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Leadman to join our team at BrightView Landscape Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a hazardous communication folder, including all relevant forms for chemicals used on the job site.
  • Notify the Safety Office of any accidents and submit accident reports according to Company policy.
  • Use hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties, including watering, safeguarding assets, and ensuring segregation of duties.
  • Lead and direct a crew of 2 to 4 people, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Reconcile physical assets to accounting records and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic and near or about natural bodies of water.
  • Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks, 5 days a week, with some overtime/weekend work required.
Requirements:
  • 6 months commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus.
  • Ability to use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades, such as gas-powered shears.
  • Physical ability to move soil, equipment, and materials, dig holes, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
