Job Title: Journeyman Glazier

MT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Glazier to join our team as a Foreman-level professional. As a leading glass and glazing company, we serve as a subcontractor for numerous general contractors on projects in the Big Sky and Gallatin Valley areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead or work in a crew installing aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems
  • Install heavy sliding doors, casement windows, and wood window products
  • Measure and design break metal profiles based on details in approved shop drawings
  • Glass install in all system types
  • Organize tools and materials for each job
  • Capture field photos for documentation
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
  • Clean driving record
  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including defining issues, generating solutions, implementing changes, and following up
What We're Looking For:

We seek a strong, determined, and effective leader who is proficient in reading a tape measure and possesses strong math skills. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day.

Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly wage: $30-$38 DOE
