Seafood Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seafood Associate to join our team. As a Seafood Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales and productivity goals.

• Receive and process seafood deliveries, including breaking down loads and rotating stock
• Weigh, price, and label seafood products
• Stock seafood cases and select products
• Prepare valued-added products, such as filleting and packaging
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the seafood department and surrounding areas
• Meet sales and productivity goals, including achieving sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
• Job cycles: continual maximum
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
