Responsibilities:
The Oncology Nurse Navigator will be responsible for:
- Assessing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Active BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of oncology experience.
Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience.
