About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Nurse Navigator for oncology patients. In this role, you will serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of cancer care.

As an Oncology Care Navigator, you will be knowledgeable about multiple treatment decisions and have a strong understanding of the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families.

Primary goals of this position include enabling patients with information and education, empowering them to participate in their personal care process, improving understanding of their decisions and treatment plans, and completing treatment through survivorship planning.
