We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team at Clarity Child Guidance Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct services to children and adolescents in a private, not-for-profit, community-based children's psychiatric teaching hospital. Your expertise in integrating psychodynamic theory and family systems will be invaluable in our training and supervision of psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct projective assessments, such as the Exner or R-PAS Rorschach
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Supervise and mentor psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Licensed Psychologist with experience in mental health settings
  • One-year post-doctoral supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Six months experience in child/adolescent and/or outpatient settings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with developmental trauma
  • Knowledge of psychodynamic theory and family systems
