Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc. in Douglasville, Georgia. As a Registered CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical procedures, including computed tomography scans, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform computed tomography scans and other imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and imaging results
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiology Technology
  • ARRT Radiography certification (R)
  • ARRT Computed Tomography certification (C)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology, with less than 1 year of experience in CT preferred
