Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BC/BCBA) to join our team. As a BC/BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing ABA treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement ABA treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely data collection and treatment records
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
