Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Relations: Foster a positive and customer-centric approach to management, ensuring the needs of our residents are met and exceeded.
  • Operations: Assist in the oversight of our community, including marketing and leasing, work order management, resident concerns, and recertification processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all programmatic standards, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations.
  • Administrative: Maximize the use of RealPage's OneSite software to enhance operating efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to our residents, vendors, and corporate team.
  • Experience with Affordable Programs: Possess a strong understanding of affordable housing programs and regulations.
  • Industry Certification: Achieve industry certification within the first year of employment, such as TCS, C3P, HCCP, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with various groups, including on-site staff, vendors, and corporate team.
