Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Children's of Alabama. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care on our assigned shift and supporting the well-being of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs
- Supervise and evaluate work performance to ensure adherence to established standards and criteria
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; associate's degree RNs who are currently in the role may be grandfathered in
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for pediatric/psych/OR nursing experience
- Current RN license in the State of Alabama; CPI certification required within 30 days of employment

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
