We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our team at Physician Empire in Northwest Ohio. Our practice is a growing, hospital-supported regional cancer center that offers a comprehensive range of services to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Radiation Oncologist, working closely with our team of radiation therapists, nurses, and physicists to deliver exceptional treatment outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer, including those with complex or rare conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology, participating in ongoing education and professional development to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
What We Offer
- A competitive guaranteed base salary, plus a production bonus for meeting or exceeding wRVU targets.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as a 403(b) tax-deferred annuity and 457(b) deferred compensation retirement plan.
- 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 total hours of holiday pay, and sick leave accrual up to 600 hours.
- A signing bonus, relocation stipend, and student loan reimbursement, all negotiable as part of a full compensation package.
