Adelante is in search of a committed individual to contribute to our operations at Bargain Square Thrift Store. As a part-time staff member, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient functioning of our retail environment. Key duties will include providing exceptional customer service, restocking merchandise, and supporting sales initiatives. A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with a minimum of one year of general work experience. Bilingual skills are advantageous. Become a part of a nurturing and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory
  • At least one year of general work experience
  • Bilingual capabilities are beneficial
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must successfully complete a TB test and background screening
Work Schedule: Part-time position available on Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
