As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Directors, Managers, and Physicians of Premier Physician Network. Your responsibilities will include maintaining statistical and historical records, managing department accounts payable, and performing routine operational data collection. You will also be responsible for the management of provider onboarding, practice acquisition transitions, and specific projects at the corporate level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Managing department accounts payable and ensuring timely reimbursement submissions
- Coordinating provider onboarding and practice acquisition transitions
- Supporting the Operations Director with project management and coordination
- Collaborating with the client, clinicians, PCPs, and field operations team to meet or exceed expectations
Requirements:
- High School completion / GED
- Associate degree preferred
- Administrative secondary education
